Unroll the mat on a flat, comfortable surface like your floor or a yoga mat. Plug it in, put on the eyewear, lie down, and press the power button to begin the 15-minute automated session.
Yes. The LEDs are very bright. To protect your eyes and ensure a comfortable session, please use the provided protective eyewear every time you use the mat.
The Mat is designed for full-body, systemic wellness. It's ideal for priming your entire body or supporting system-wide relaxation. The belts (like the Small Rehab or FEM Belt) are for flexible, *targeted* application to specific joints or areas.
We recommend using the device at least once per day. You can use it in the morning to feel energized or in the evening to help wind down. Listen to your body and find the routine that works best for you.
The mat is best used on a firm, flat surface like the floor or a yoga mat. Use on an excessively soft mattress is not recommended as it may cause the mat to bend sharply, potentially damaging the internal circuits.
Use of this device is NOT recommended for:
- Patients with implanted cardiac devices sensitive to magnetic fields (consult physician).
- Individuals with photosensitivity or using photosensitizing drugs.
- Application directly on open wounds or infected skin areas.
- Avoid heavy shocks or pressure (like elbows) on the mat to prevent LED damage.

Cleaning: Gently wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Do NOT scrub, bend, or twist. Do NOT use a dishwasher or hair dryer. Let air dry. Mat and adapter are NOT water-resistant.
Storage: Store components unplugged. Roll the mat; do not fold. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and dust. The original packaging or provided bag is recommended.
Warranty: One (1) year from the original purchase date. Covers defects in workmanship/materials under normal use. Does not cover normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage. Keep proof of purchase.
Expected Lifespan: Designed to last for approx. 730 sessions (1 year if used 2x/day). Performance may decrease over time.
